On August 18, Conversations was graced by the visit from a future musical icon in the person of Markkii Notes.
From a young age Markkii fell in love with different styles of music, and as a producer, singer, and songwriter, he brings his own definition to music. Striking out on his own at the tender age of 16, with nothing but his dream to become a legendary performer, and the clothes on his back is how his quest began. Like so many hopefuls before him, he did land in a group. However, even though they were good and did open for top acts like Anthony Hamilton, it was not meant to last. Markkii’s life experiences led him to make acquaintances with other industry talents and eventually led to the formation of Cirius Entertainment Group LLC.
Through this company Markkii released two solo singles, These Arms Of Mine and Put It On You. Markkii also executive produced a CD for Saxophonist Moe Better Williams titled Moe Forever. On this CD Markkii did vocals for the track Never Knew Love.
On February 14th of this year, Markkii released his first full CD project entitled Love vs Infatuation. Markkii says it is his goal to release a new CD every February 14th.
